Introduction and Overview

Welcome to the Positive Attitude: The Key to Peak Performance self-directed video/audio learning program. To get the most out of this program, it is suggested that you follow these seven steps:

Step 1: Review the objectives.

Step 2: Assess your current knowledge by completing the pre-self-analysis questions located at the beginning of this study guide.

Step 3: Score your current knowledge by comparing your answers to the scoring instructions that follow the pre-self-analysis questions.

Step 4: Watch or listen to the video/audio program. If you purchased the video, it is suggested that you view it with others so that you can discuss and review the content. If you purchased the audio CD, it is suggested that you listen while commuting, exercising or are engaged in other "non-productive" activities so that you can make the most of your time.

Step 5: Read this study guide.

Step 6: Assess what you have learned by completing the post-self-assessment questions.

Step 7: Compare your answers to the answer key. If you scored at least 80 percent correct, you have passed this program and are ready to transfer your answers to the CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION UNITS (CPEU) REPORTING FORM. If you scored less than 80 percent correct, watch/listen and read again until you score at least 80 percent correct.

After you have successfully completed steps 1 through 7, complete and mail the CPEU REPORTING FORM to:

Wolf Rinke Associates, Inc., P.O. Box 350, Clarksville, MD 21029, USA
or fax it to us at: 410-531-9282

Upon receipt of your successfully completed CPEU REPORTING FORM, eight (8) CPEUs will be reported to the accrediting agency of your association and you will receive a written certificate of completion from us.

I would like you to achieve peak performance! If you have questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.

HAPPY LEARNING!
