Welcome to the HOW TO MAXIMIZE PROFESSIONAL POTENTIAL AND INCREASE YOUR EARNING POWER IN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS self-directed accredited learning program.

This program is designed to help you internalize professional skills, which are essential to your success in all aspects of your life. It will also help you earn 30 continuing professional education units (CPEUs).

This learning program is a Level 2 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program approved for 30 CPE units (CPEUs). Level 2 means that you have general knowledge of the literature and professional practice in the areas covered. The focus of the program is to enhance knowledge and application.

To get the most out of this learning program it is suggested that you follow these four steps:

Step 1: Review the objectives at the beginning of the learning program.

Step 2: Read and study the chapters in the order they are presented. Avoid skipping chapters since each builds upon the next. Complete all exercises, experiential learning activities, and assessments contained in each chapter.

Step 3: When you have read all the chapters, complete the self-assessment instrument located at the end of this manual.

Step 4: Compare your answers to the answer key that has been provided. If you score at least 80% correct, you are ready to transfer your answers to the CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION REPORTING FORM. If you scored less than 80% correct, re-read this learning program until you score at least 80% correct.
