Welcome to THE WINNING MANAGER: 6 FAIL-SAFE STRATEGIES FOR BUILDING HIGH-PERFORMANCE ORGANIZATIONS CD album, a self-directed accredited learning program. The program consists of six CDs that are based on the highly acclaimed book of the same title by Wolf J. Rinke, PhD, RD, CSP, plus this study guide.

This program is designed to help you internalize the management imperatives that are essential to your success in the 21st century. It is also designed to help you earn 12 CPEUs.

To get the most out of this self-directed accredited learning program, it is suggested that you adhere to the following six steps:

Step 1: Review the objectives in this study guide.

Step 2: Complete the Winning Management Inventory in this study guide.

Step 3. Read the articles in this study guide.

Step 4: Listen to the CDs. Be sure to re-listen often. Every time you do, you will learn something new.

Step 5: Assess what you have learned by answering the questions contained in the Self-Assessment Instrument at the end of the study guide.

Step 6: Compare your answers to the answer key that you will find at the end of this study guide. If you scored at least 80% correct, you have completed this learning program, and are ready to transfer your answers to the CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION REPORTING FORM in the front of this study guide. If you scored less than 80% correct, re-listen to the appropriate CDs until you score at least 80% correct.
